8thGen V6 Owners, S-VCM is the real deal. So I was hemming and hawing after buying my '12 V6 a few weeks ago about disabling the VCM. At 1st I didnt think the VCM was that bad, but after awhile it started to present itself, with loss of power, hesitation, wierd shifting ect. It took me awhile of driving to realize that is what it was. VmK5.
