For to get it to work on Windows Vista: Go to: c:\Program Files\Origin Games\The Sims 2 Ultimate Collection\Fun with Pets\CSBin. Right click: PackageInstaller. Click rename. add '.exe' at the end of PackageInstaller. It should look like this 'Package Installer.exe' with out the '. Next Steps. Then g o a sims2pack. -Right click.
