Some days I have great hair days, but overall I cannot predict how it will be and have tried so many products and am exhausted. I am seeking a treatment that will help my curls and minimise frizz, but not make me lose my curl pattern. I was wondering what other curly hair people have experienced with the keratin complex.
Japanese hair straightening makes your hair very shiny, sleek, and healthy-seeming, but the downsides are that it is VERY flat and kind of lifeless and the curl / volume never comes back. You have to grow it out, which is a long, awkward, process. As for keratin treatments, they are a toss up. At best they straighten your hair for a few months
Hi guys. I just washed out a keratin treatment I got done at the salon (it's the one that's supposed to last a few months). I used a sulfate-free shampoo and now my hair smells like garbage. I'm not exaggerating. The smell only lingers when my hair is wet. It goes away almost completely when it's dry, but when it gets wet again, it starts to

Try using a hair oil when your hair is damp or you can do a keratin treatment. My hair is wayy worse than yours and a keratin treatment made my hair look healthy af (too bad it lasted so short, until I washed my hair again). Washing your hair less often can help too, tbh this is what helps the most for me besides the expensive keratin treatment.
