Good seats everything else was mediocre at best. It was a 9-hour flight on business class from Jeddah to Singapore. We weren't informed there was a lounge and spent an hour sitting at the overcrowded waiting area. The food on board was mediocre (the worst we've had for business class). On the whole, Copa Airlines is quite a solid choice, though there is still room for improvement. It would've been nice if the flight attendant was more attentive and if the Copa Club at PTY was a little less basic. Flights booked Business Class round trip.. Seats on the new 737-800 from Sao Paulo to Panama are ok for a 7 hr flight, leather seats, little recline, but with tv and foot rest. flight attendants too busy chatting to greet passengers, basically the food seems to be from economy class, awful presentation, poor quality ingredients and small quantity.
